Aug 21, 2014 · During setup, I attempted to contact technical support for assistance. On my first attempt, I did not realize there were two separate support teams. One team supporting Micasaverde, and the other team supporting Z Wave. The representative for Z Wave couldn’t believe that I wasn’t aware of that and simply said to call “them.”
