Apr 25, 2012 · The fs9.cfg which is in C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FS9 is the one which FS9 uses when you are flying. I only fly a couple of a/c - a Cessna 172 and a Piper PA-28 - so I have two .cfg files which I name fs9 C172.cfg and fs9 pa-28.cfg.

Jun 12, 2005 · I just did a major hardware upgrade for my computer, and now I have the space to get Service Pack 2 from Microsoft for Windows XP, but will that screw up my FS2004 in any way? I think i saw here a long time ago some people having issues with flightsim after installing service pack 2. Is it even worth getting or should I stick with SP1.

Oct 31, 2015 · I am a huge fan of FSX and just adquired the Steam Edition. I remember in the former version, the main menu (where you select your flight, airplane, options, etc.) was displayed at a different resolution as the game and that's exactly what I'm missing with the SE. I would like to see the main menu fitting most of my 4K TV, because currently is too small to be able to read it correctly.
