Sep 18, 2012 · I was in the same position with Office 2010 on XenApp 6. But unlike Gordon there was nothing in my WOW6432Node Installer key to refer to. As an alternative I did a search for my product name (Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010) and found the Office GUID's are also listed here:

Mar 11, 2016 · One was to copy a .dll file to the terminal server and the other was to remove a registry entry. Both workarounds fixed the problem temporarily, but it continues to show up. When a user opens some email messages they receive a warning that "Microsoft Outlook cannot provide form scripting support. This feature is not available.

An update on this for anyone else who had trouble running the msiexec command above. I had the wrong GUID. The MS article links you to the wrong place in the registry.
