Sep 26, 2015 · Internet Explorer 11 is supported by Windows 7, 8, and 10. For Windows XP to work with Windows 7 software, they would have to change the NT Kernel to Version 6.1-6.3 or 10, instead of 5.1. Windows XP would also not support the system specs needed for new win32 apps, and won't work with any Windows 10 Universal Apps, so no Edge.
