Check out Phalanger... an open source project that allows you to create, edit, and run PHP from within Visual Studio. It compiles a PHP script down to C# for running on the server. Microsoft has confirmed that no Beta fixes were installed with Visual Studio 2010 Service Pack 1, and that the fix for each of the hotfixes listed was included in Visual Studio 2010 Service Pack 1.
