To remove the upper signal/battery indicator , you can set your MIDlet Canvas to FullScreen by using setFullScreenMode(true) method in Canvas constructor. This will make your MIDlet to FullScreen display thereby removing the upper signal/battery indicator.

Clicking the textfield / textbox directly in the form. Samsung Native Text Input is invoked. It has good UI and with bigger keys for better navigation and user input.

Jun 01, 2010 · Here is my issue: I have a Touch Enabled game that works perfectly well on other touch devices (including Samsung SPH-M800/M810), but not on the newer Samsung Touch Devices A867 onwards. I add the JAD attribute: MIDlet-Touch-Support: True and it removes the Virtual D-Pad, but I am left with an 80 pixel high gray bar at the bottom.
