Sep 26, 2005 · Don't know if it will help in your state, but in mine they do calculate all disposable income from his LES. That said, they also apply it all to his total income for whats owed in CS. In my state they don't take into account things like seps pay or clothing allowance to tell you the truth because it's not always a steady monthly thing.
