The online map service uses tiles of 512x512 with EPSG:4326 - this is incompatible with MOBAC. As it is a WMS map service it may be usable if it supports EPSG:4326 just try it yourself via custom WMS map source. Regarding the legal aspects you have to directly talk to the responsible persons - if you want the map it is your job.

Oct 24, 2016 · Hi Patrick, A1: Yes, under certain conditions: the map source has to be in Spherical Mercator projection and has to match the OpenStreetMap/Google tile scheme and tile size. A2: If it meets the conditions of A1 you can configure it like any other custom map source, have a look at the readme files and the wiki pages of Mobac.
