May 14, 2011 · Yesterday the device seemed to stop working completely. To debug I put the SIM card in my other dongle and got that working with my other computer - a macbook with Windows 7 Professional on it. However, windows 7 on the netbook does not seem to mount the 'modem' part of the dongle - it seems to mount just the software storage bits of it.
