May 19, 2010 · She is ordered to pay $50 a week. Yet she has rarely paid the full amount and did not work from 06/2009 to 11/2009. The support order was also retroactive to 5/2007. She owes close to $5,000 in back child support. We found out recently that her atty filed a motion to vacate the child support order.
