@momkat Your Support ID is similar to an account number. Support ID's are automatically assigned when a Mozy account is setup through the Sign Up page. For MozyHome accounts, this Support ID is only used by our system to identify your account and this number does not change. Whereas, an account can have many cases.

When I began using Mozy service for PC yrs ago CS was extremely professional. I called in once in the beginning and got the exact help I needed and the rep was exceptional. I asked the rep who told me he couldn't help because Mozy no longer provides tech support for mobile if Mozy has changed hands since it's inception.

When traced down these were from Mozy. I loggged in it said their was open space remaining on my account. I contacted Mozy support. Mozy support had me send logs and redo settings but this did not resolve the issue. Then another tech followed up and said yes, you have open space but their scan of my system said it would put me over limit.
