The solution would be the one you suggested, that is, create a new web site and move it to the position of default web site. Ok, that's what I was thinking. But I was also wondering if there's a reason why MassTransit doesn't support MSMQ transport over HTTP. As far as I know, it's quite easy to send messages to a remote queue via HTTP using MSMQ (simply by changing it's address string), however you can't receive messages from a remote queue via HTTP.
