Jan 26, 2017 · Zune 120 was working great and it shut down and came back up with the message "5" "contact support". What do I need to do to fix this?? I love this machine and am disappointed that it has stopped working. I got this mid-May of this year. I've bought several of the accessories for this zune and have invested a great deal of money in the who thing.

Mar 21, 2010 · I recently dropped my 30GB Zune and now the screen says "Contact Support 5". I tried plugging it into the PC but my Zune is undetected. I also hear a sound when I hold the Zune close to my ear. It sounds like someone is changing lines on a typewriter. Is there any possible way for me to fix this problem or is my Zune a lost cause?

Aug 07, 2016 · Well, if I consider myself a professional then yes. It's not the first battery I've replaced on a Zune, but I have to admit I didn't connect the wires in the correct order this time. Also I've noticed that the Zune heats up, and I can hear an audible clicking noise when i hold it to my ear, so I'm thinking the HDD might be pooched.
