Jul 29, 2006 · I have tested Navicat 7.4, SQLyog 5.11, MyManager Lite 3.6.5.8, EMS SQL Manager 2005 Lite, MySQL-Front 3.2.13.27, Toad for MySQL 2.0 and MySL Developer Studio 1.51. All of them failed. EMS support center kindly admited that their GUI does not support UTF-8 "yet", but was unable to give a date for this feature "to come".
