General Information The NC Child Support Centralized Collections (NCCSCC) operation collects and processes all child support payments in North Carolina at one central location. North Carolina has contracted with a private vendor to operate the NCCSCC operation. Federal regulation 42 U.S.C. 654B and North Carolina General Statute 110-139(f) mandated the implementation of the NCCSCC operation.
