AutoSupport is a mechanism that proactively monitors the health of your system and automatically sends messages to NetApp technical support, your internal support organization, and a support partner. A probable issue is that the mail server may configured to reject large attachements. If the autosupport collected files exceed the mail server's limit, the message would be rejected. You can check the maximum size limit for ASUP files from Clustershell using this command: "autosupport show -node local -fields max-http-size,max-smtp-size"
