Il problema sta proprio nell’ultima riga Netflix ESN: Not Support [X]. Mentre sulla mia tv D7000, seguendo lo stesso percorso, il Netflix ESN viene visualizzato correttamente. Chiedo pertanto all’assistenza Samsung se è possibile risolvere tale problema.

Oct 14, 2012 · Netflix support refer me to Samsung and Samsung just tell me to update to latest firmware which I have already done. Some internet research has prompted me to look at my netflix ESN which is available under Tools - Settings - About Smart Hub. This is currently showing "Not Support" but I have no way of changing this.

Uiteindelijk heb ik dan via de instellingen in de smart-hub gezien dat er bij “Netflix ESN” de vermelding “Not support (X)” staat. Blijkbaar zou de oplossing zijn dat het serienummer (ESN) op de "ESN server" (?) moet gezet worden zodat Netflix het nummer kan herkennen en pas dan zou de app werken.
