Nov 28, 2009 · You can use putty to ssh to the proxy, but all that would do is secure the link between you and the proxy. Why would you then need specific http proxy support for your newsreader, you'd be connecting to putty on localhost and putty would be connecting to the proxy. Anyways, Alt-Binz in another client that has proxy support.
