Aug 06, 2013 · I have a system I sold to one of my customers. The system has 3year Next Business Day Pro Support. My Customer setup a Service Request on 10/4/2012 for this system (the system was purchased in March) and they dispatched a Tech and Parts (Motherboard and Video Card) and now it is a week later and they have yet had a tech come on site for this repair.
