May 08, 2014 · Asian language support for Nokia E7 Hi, I cant view any web pages in other languages except english in E7.I cant even install anyother fonts in E7. You can easily change your phone language by going to Settings->System->Languages & input->Languages. Then tap Add a Language and choose your desired language from the list. And, don't forget to touch and hold the newly added language and slide it to the top of the list if you want to make it the primary language.

Sep 08, 2008 · Nokia does not provide user-installable "language packs". And for the US version, you are not likely to find a firmware version with Chinese support. Psiloc has created such language add-on features, but seems to only offer Arabic, Japanese and Farsi. No Chinese, in other words.

Feb 25, 2011 · Symbian^3 is quite good. But it's also USELESS to many many people worldwide as it doesn't support CJK languages natively. (Chinese/Japanese/Korean) I can hack around to put a Korean font so it displays "some" fonts but it also breaks OVI Store (which is a bug of Qt btw) and still doesn't allow me to input Korean natively anyways.

Dec 16, 2010 · nokia language packs are divided into regions. if your phone was not meant for a region with japanese language it will not be able to display it. you can change a language pack via nokia care center but it will cost you and also you will lose the language pack next time u update your firmware on the phone. there might be some third party app but i am not sure what that would be. it used to be ...

The code I'm using below suppose to switch system active input / writing language to French , but It doesn't ( The same thing for any of the installed languages ). I'm testing it on Nokia E7, Symbian Anna. I'm using Symiban SDK S^3. I have French language installed in my phone.
