Jan 03, 2016 · As a N9 owner myself, I can tell you that there is no current support for this phone from either Microsoft or Nokia, even though there was a promise for "support" up until 2016. The phone itself still has some bugs and oversights not officially corrected by Nokia and as you've already noticed, certain services have ceased operating.
