Aug 01, 2014 · Firefox has not so far announced any plans to completely remove support for NPAPI plugins. They have enabled click-to-play, but so far that's the extent. Internet Explorer hasn't supported NPAPI plugins since IE 4 or 5, but FireBreath builds plugins as ActiveX controls for IE.
