Toshiba used to be pretty cozy with Oaisys until Mitel bought them out. Now Toshiba is pushing another recording solution. Oaisys said that currently they still plan to support all the same PBX systems that they currently support. Even though I installed Oaisys since version 4, I now had to go through an online installation course to get certified.

Oaisys sees duplicate system info coming from the ShoreTel (backup AA ext and ConferenceBrd ext) which triggers an alarm and eventually stops the service. I have upgraded the Oaisys to their latest software, so I'm out of options. Oaisys support doesn't seem to know what is causing this issue either.
