Sep 21, 2012 · Ooma's tech support's response has been disappointing. I had to call 3 times before they issued a ticket number, and there is no ETA on the repair. We could be out of a phone for days. If Ooma wants to be taken seriously -- rather than an extra gizmo for which you always have to have a "backup" phone -- they need to get their act in gear.

The tech service is quick. After I had the number ported, I did not choose which number to make primary, so the number I chose at registration would show up on outbound calls, and the ported number would receive calls from an outside source. I call customer service and it was fixed in seconds. Totally worth it. Works fine and is free.
