Apr 07, 2016 · I install Openfiler on a new server to store all my VM from my ESXI host on it. Everything as gone well, i managed to connect the Openfiler to the host and transfer the VM on it. Aug 24, 2010 · - AD authentication. AD support in FreeNAS is sucks. OpenFiler AD support is better (although until group level, I never succeed on individual user level). I never try iSCSI/DFS on both them yet. And I'd like to hear if someone have experience on it. The web admin interface of OpenFiler is better but IMHO that both is not too intuitive.
