The storage system is on a private network and AutoSupport messages cannot be sent to NetApp because of the lack of a physical connection to the Internet. The AutoSupport message is too big in size to fit through the mail servers size filter/policy. AutoSupport messages were not sent for whatever reason, and they need to be collected for analysis.
