Re: Getting technical support Fianlly got on to technical support who said it was a server problem and did not know when going to be fixed. I have now spent an hour being shuffled around trying to get resolution on what happens when signed on for a 100Mbps service and only being provided a 6Mbps.

Aug 30, 2005 · I found that there was a huge difference between calling Cable technical support and Phone technical support. The Cable guys will not listen and scheduled a technician to come to my premises after advising me I have to pay $199 (or some figure I cannot recall) to replace my modem.
