Feb 16, 2017 · Oracle doesnt want to support RHEL or SLES in Azure to promote their own cloud. What Azure has is full SAP support on Windows/OracleDB (AWS doesnt have this), and apparently soon Azure will have the possibility to have Oracle installed on top of OracleLinux but without SAP, only for the DB. I dont know if this is an option for you.
