Aug 13, 2016 · Generaly this is a tiered pricing starting at 22% of initial license cost and topping out at 22% of list price per year. The support costs are annual and paid in advance. Oracle offers more advanced tiers of support as well which are above and beyond in terms of cost and features.

Oracle has the right to increase the support amount with a few percent a year.
