Nov 03, 2016 · Next I use the last official download of a language pack from osticket.com unphar it, unzip it and copy the new translated content for 1.10 to the designated locations of the language pack folder (overwrite existing files). On crowdin you can see which file has to be in which folder. This language pack folder you have to copy to the i18 folder.
