Apr 29, 2016 · If we disable IPv6 the outlook client connects back straight away to Office365 or if we disable IPv4 the outlook client connects back straight away to Office365. The problem only seems to appear when the pc is dual stacked.

Sep 19, 2017 · IPV6 is causing me a lot of grief. No network changes have been made on my office network. Same equipment same hardware, same settings. Today Outlook 2016 couldn't connect to Office 365 account. Did the usual repair, restart PC, checked if any recent updates caused an issue. Finally ran Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365.
