Right now, in order to get either OUTLOOK 2016 or Thunderbird clients to connect to my incoming mail server, I cannot use the POP3/995/SSL secure settings that the ESP (email service provider who hosts my personal URL) RECOMMENDS, I can only connect using the POP3/110/none insecure settings.
