Mar 26, 2018 · Overlay worked perfectly before, so I doubt the old OS is the issue. P.S. Not sure about programs which may conflict with Steam Overlay, however I don't think that's the matter, because I didn't install anything before the problem occured. Edit: Btw, overlay died for me around Friday too, at least I'm not the only one with such issue X)

Now the player says that the video card does not support overlay. Although windows 8.1 with your latest drivers it works without problems.
