Ovi suite and firmware versions are: Nokia Ovi Suite 2.2.1.23. E71 300.21.012 . I did not have any problems this morning before updating the phone software. For some weeks now im getting "installation fails" message when trying to install some of the software from OVI or from downloaded files. For example, Nokia Sleeping Screen. It downloads and the Ovi bar says "installing" then a smaller window appear in the lower section of the screen saying "preparing installation" then "Installing" then after a few seconds "installation Failed.
