The Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L does not support multiple graphics cards via Nvidia SLI or AMD Crossfire. The Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L has 10 USB 2.0 slots but no USB 3.0 slots. While USB 3.0 slots are so far by no means necessary, and with a plethora of USB 2.0 peripherals to choose from, the USB functionality on this motherboard should be fine.

Aug 10, 2012 · I own the Gigabyte P35-DS3R and I know the main difference is the RAID support. The DS3R supports RAID 0, 1, 5, and 10. I think the board also has more power phases than the DS3L. The DS3P has better heatsinks and a heatpipe and supports only RAID 0 and 1. But is a good motherboard for OCing if RAID is not a primary concern.
