If you want to set cookies through iframe when iframe resides on a different domain then the iframe accessing, you will find Firefox, Opera accepting these third party cookies without any problem. You can send a P3P header with cookie for IE, but safari is not very cool with off-site frames and won`t allow you to set third party cookie.

Camino and Firefox have long since dropped p3p without harmful effects to users. Since the only major embedding project still using it is Seamonkey, which is due to rot on the trunk based on recent n.p.m.seamonkey comments by Brendan, continuing to support it is a limited-time process anyway.

I have verified that my P3P policy is in my HTTP header. And it actually works for the first page/step of the shopping cart site, but as soon as there is personal information on the page (like name, address, phone, etc), IE blocks my site and my cookie. I have tried several different P3P policies and they all don't work at the same place.
