Dec 27, 2009 · P6T SE does not support SLI because it doesn't have the SLI chip. You should've checked for SLI support before you buy the motherboard. Either you switch to better Nvidia cards or go for ATI if you want to use multiple cards for upgrades.

Oct 23, 2009 · I've just ordered an Asus P6T SE board which by default is crossfire compatible but not SLI compatible. I read on Overclock.net that if you crossflash this board with the standard P6T bios and not the SE bios that this will enable SLI support as well! The boards are near component identical and the only thing that differs is the SLI support.
