Apr 27, 2019 · After about 15 years of being a loyal customer, I have to give Paytrust 1 star. Paytrust used to be good, but now is worse than useless. Customer service is terrible. I can’t even cancel my account. Stay away! Use your own bank’s billpay service which is usually free and just as easy.1/5(21)
