I'm currently testing Beta 3 of Inventory 16. The agent feature seems brilliant. I've run some tests with 2 workstations of identical specs and the one with the agent completes a full scan significantly faster than the one without.. I'd love to be able to use it for connecting to our laptops remotely for inventory info but have some security concerns about the methodology used to connect.

I have this exact question. I feel like it's not a feature that's built-in to PDQ but might be possible with a script of some sort. If I could schedule a network discovery on the VPN subnet for our international users that would be fantastic

I agree with you 100%. I also feel that it is an SQLite issue, but when I brought this up to PDQ support they said that their database structure should have no problems with a network of our size. That's why I was hoping to find any tips from possibly another customer using PDQ with a network of our size.
