We have been using Peachtree Complete (currently 2009 version) for many years. It is currently set up for single user use, with the data files stored on the users local computer. We need to move the data files to our server and setup Peachtree for a second user to access the files. Can someone point me to instructions for doing this? User modes have nothing to do with posting. It has to do with how many people can open the file at one time (up to the number of licenses you have purchased). Again, it depends on whether the version that you are currently using is available in a multi-user version or available at all, as Peachtree 2010 will be released next month (later part of May). We are having an issue where peachtree is reporting that there are more than one user logged in when trying to do backups or look at/change user security settings, but only shows 1 user logged in (yourself) when you try to display the other users logged in.
