The Peer Support Centre (PSC) is a Students' Union service that offers a free, confidential, and non-judgemental place to talk to someone for support. No issue is too big or too small. Our trained volunteers offer peer support, crisis management, information and resources, as well as a safe and confidential place to talk.

The Peer Support Centre (PSC) is comprised of 100+ dedicated trained volunteers and paid staff. The PSC provides all AMS undergraduate students with confidential, non-judgmental, empathetic, peer-based support, including resource referrals and practical assistance on a drop-in basis.

As a Promotion Team volunteer, you would be part of the team that helps execute collaborative outreach events with other organizations, as well as events for the Peer Support Centre. These events are intended to educate the campus community on the services offered by the Peer Support Centre and other mental health initiatives.
