The Oregon Home Care Commission supports homecare workers, personal support workers by defining qualificaitons, providing a statewide registry. Skip to the main content of the page; PSW-HCW. The registry is intended to provide employers with a list of HCWs/PSWs who meet certain basic qualifications established by the OHCC.
