Then on your iphone go to your bluetooth settings,select the connection for your car, click the blue circle exclamation point and the select "Show Notification" by toggling it on.

Sep 03, 2013 · On the Ford I got the message "The currently connected phone does not support text messaging via bluetooth" when trying to access the messaging options. On both the car and the bluetooth speaker when I get a text message it doesn't notify me or let me reply. My Lumia 900 worked with both of these devices.
