Brush tool stroke disappears and reappears Photoshop CC 2019 (Windows 10) If rolling back is not an option I would recommend running the full Photoshop trouble-shooting-gamut, starting with resetting the Preferences (after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved).
