Feb 24, 2016 · UPDATE: I have read that I need to recompile php with –zip extension enabled. I do not know how to do it. And I am worried that I might lose my config in php.ini. I will lose it right ? so I need to back up ? Would it affect any other configuration ? UPDATE 2: zip looks like enabled in info.php

There is a limit withing PHP 5.3.3 (which seems to have been addressed in later versions; 5.3.29 seems ok on a different server). If you try to open a zip file with more than 65,535 files in it (in my case it had 237,942 files) then you cannot access the later files.
