    Jul 13, 2005 · Also, you might have it installed ok, but just not loaded, ie check the php.ini file ( the one that phpinfo() says it is using) and add/uncomment extension=pgsql.so ... then restart apache. If that still fails then you may need to actually install pgsql and recompile PHP --with-pgsql

    Do you have all the .dlls for postgresql? from what I remember, postgre wasn't part of the core PHP install, rather it needed to be installed on top. you could try re-registering php_pgsql.dll at a command prompt and see if that helps:
