Jul 13, 2005 · Also, you might have it installed ok, but just not loaded, ie check the php.ini file ( the one that phpinfo() says it is using) and add/uncomment extension=pgsql.so ... then restart apache. If that still fails then you may need to actually install pgsql and recompile PHP --with-pgsql

Do you have all the .dlls for postgresql? from what I remember, postgre wasn't part of the core PHP install, rather it needed to be installed on top. you could try re-registering php_pgsql.dll at a command prompt and see if that helps:

Jun 16, 2015 · PostgreSQL server has been installed on QNAP. My question is how to install php pgsql and how to make it work. It says it is installed and updated, but doesnt work. Missing contrib library as well. Everytime I reboot Qnap, phpAdmin is gone. The message is as follows: Your PHP installation does not support PostgreSQL.
