I'm planning on using it for phpBB3 RC8. It has the option to "search" for ImageMagick to resize or edit any images uploaded to the server. When I searched Fantastico (the program that installs software onto my server automatically), this is everything that it says is available..

The described exploits rely on directly passing uploads to ImageMagick and/or passing “clear text” image formats such as SVG or MVG to it. phpBB itself does not support these image types for creating thumbnails and therefore will not pass them onto ImageMagick.

Once you have successfully installed phpBB3 you MUST ensure you remove the entire install/ directory. Leaving the install directory in place is a very serious potential security issue which may lead to deletion or alteration of files, etc. Please note that until this directory is removed, phpBB3 will not operate and a warning message will be displayed.
