That is an old problem because the codecs for Picasa were not updated since many years and Picasa is left unsupported since March 2016. So these movie-files have to be copied from the camera (or its sd-card) in the Filemanager of your computer into the Video's folder and then they can be viewed with some Mediaplayer on your computer.
