Jun 29, 2010 · On my (Synology) NAS, changes are detected but it often takes a long time and/or several restarts of Picasa. I thought pretty much all consumer NAS'es, were based on more or less the same *nix variant + samba. Wouldn't have thought your NAS to behave a lot different, than what seems to be the normal NAS lag when it comes to watched folders.

Feb 21, 2017 · I'd want the Photo Station to support tags / keywords stored within the XMP data of images, so that it can perfectly cooperate with common photo management tools like lightroom and picasa. Currently Photo Station (and also media library) only recognizes keywords and tags saved in the EXIF metadata and overlooks any keywords in IPTC or XMP metadata sections.
