-Mid is a highly sought-after position. Might as well let a teammate take it and make them happy (plus less likely to flame!) when you can play Lux support just as effectively!-It's a lot, lot, lot easier to get support than mid. Feb 16, 2013 · Most support lux's are mid lux's who don't want to play a support character, or aren't any good with them. A support lux still has substantial poke and some CC. She isn't really the best support, but it can be done, make sure you save your bind for enemies closing on your ADC, or for when your adc can lay down some serious fire on them.

Feb 09, 2013 · It's not viable, Lux is all about ap, a champion who scales a lot on ap and has no base dmg or cc is not good support. If you do mass ap, then you are a useless squishy support, if you go full support items (aegis, shurelya) you lose a lot of potential by playing lux because champions like leona taric nunu have more benefits for your team.

Sep 12, 2012 · I main as a Lux Support in ranked, and I've been receiving a lot of comments, saying Lux Support is a terrible pick. But I don't understand. Lux has a 2 second snare, an AoE Slow that grants VISION, a shield that can refresh twice, and an ult to help with snagging runaways.
